Where should OU go first with NIL money, a scoring guard or a really good inside player? Tough choice if funds are limited.

I count 29 NCAA sports that haven't finish as yet. SEC definitely is not #1 M-W Ice hockey, Fencing, Rifle, Bowling, Water Polo, Wrestling, Volleyball, Beach Volleyball, and several others. SEC does probably have more#1s than any other conference for sure.
