This, to me, has been Porter's biggest issue: we had a solid team last year with no star. Maybe he thought that was Uzan? Have to close on a big name at point.

This is something I really like about the 4 we've got committed from the Portal: We lost a few games due to poor free throw shooting last year. The gap is so narrow between teams at times, you have to be able to win at the line.

Is Kadary Richmond still an option? Richmond and best post available?

Close with two Oklahoma boys in Garrison and Robinson, and this would be a significant upgrade.

If we are truly healthy going into the tournament, what is our ceiling? We were 18-6 before John Hughley went out and 6-4 in the Big 12. Clearly it took Northweather some time to establish himself, and Godwin's inability to score in the halfcourt hurt us at times. Throw in that Soares and JM...

I'm not as confident as most of you. We're in the danger zone. The biggest redeeming quality is that we played 16 quad 1 games, which is second only to Houston and Baylor. Probably is we're 4-12 in those games.
