It’s pretty amazing what Tang has going up there in the Little Apple. Weber steps down after a horrible year and Tang comes in and sets that place on fire. It’s just amazing how quickly he’s turned that program around. Castillo visited there this weekend. I do not know how he did it so fast...

Was really hoping that guy would stay at Tech. They have definitely upgraded bigtime with this hire.

Will OU surpass the win total of the 2016-2017 team? For a refresher that team went 11-20 overall and 5-13 in Conference play.

OU is missing Steve Henson and the toughness he brought the team. Lew Hill to Kevin Kruger has not been a boost. You can see the team is different defensively with those two gone. Lon should have gone out and hired the best instead of giving his son a job.

Sherry once had her program on that level and now it's nosedived. Imho it comes down to recruiting. One program gets elite players and the other gets average players. Why can't Sherri get her program back to that level?

Curious if there is going to be any shake up on the staff and don't expect any demotions or firings.

Wouldn't have been an incredibly exciting hire but neither was Capel. He's five times the basketball coach Capel ever thought about being. I've had arguments with people in the past that he would have kept Kelvins recruiting class intact with Reynolds, James and Crocker. Where would OU be today?

I do hope he shakes up his staff enough to enable him to recruit the type of atheletes to win the Big 12. I don't think his current staff can recruit at that level.
