but the foul being discussed wasn't when fears' arm was covering the ball. It was when his arm was extended going for the shot

the arm is not considered part of the ball lol I think everyone understands it not being called...especially in real time. But it was a foul and IMO it would have been called earlier in the game 10 out of 10 times
