ESPN rankings gets the most notice because it is the biggest sports media company…the actual rankings are outsourced to a GBB scouting service Premier Basketball Report run by a scout and former coach…Shane Laflin. Another similar service All Star Girls Report and they put out this tweet on...

Texas had 2 seniors graduate and 2 players portal out. 1 freshman coming in and 2 portal bigs so far. So they have room for 1 or 2 more portal players.
