We don’t know what? That Moser sucks as a coach? He’s had a sub .500 conference record for his career. He got us in the tournament (barely) 1 time in 5 years. What more evidence do you need?

We obviously had enough of an NIL budget to get a top 10 class. And if I was a BMD I wouldn’t give them a dime until Moser is far away from the program.

Because we had a top 10 portal class and our shitty coach couldn’t get us in the tournament with it. Why give him more money to squander?

The roster proved it was way better than it was being coached.

I feel that people might open their wallets if they thought the would get some results from their money with a new coach. Why throw money at Moser so he can get us to the bubble again?

But they wouldn’t even have to pay it out at once. And it would be decreased by whatever he makes from a new coaching job. So it’s not even that much of a hit.

Amazing to keep a completely incompetent coach because you’re worried about a small buyout that’s not even paid as a lump sum and would be offset by any other school paying him to coach.
