    Tyler Neal

I know his contributions may be dwindling, but one of the biggest plays of the game Saturday was when he took that charge on Smart. Little plays like that make a big difference and we need good solid fundamental basketball like that from everyone on the roster. :neal

    What the heck SoonerSports?

Went to go watch the "full game" replay. Um no. It has 40 minutes of the game and completely cuts out ALL the scoring runs we go on. What the hell SoonerSports! Put the full game on there and stop false advertising!

    Phil Forte Saves OSU

Cowpokes down by four in overtime. Forte hits a transition three. Next possession gets fouled behind the three point arc and makes all three shots. Cowboys narrowly survive 69-65 over Akron.

Is OU/Mizzou on tv in Oklahoma?

All I see from the newspaper and Soonersports.com is that it's on the Mizzou Sports Network. How the heck can this game not be on tv?

    Breakout Player This Year

Will be Cameron Clark. I have seen him several times since the semester has started. He looks bigger and looks like he put in a lot of time in the weight room this summer. Also I noticed when he was shooting jumpers prior to the alumni game that his shot has backspin on it now. He rarely...

The Great Thing about all the arguments between Pokes and our posters

Is that we get to lace 'em up and play at least two times a year. You know honestly, I could give a care which roster is stronger. Because I seem to remember a very good OSU team (elite 8 appearance that year I believe) coming into Norman for Bedlam in 2005 and getting ran out of the gym with...

You guys remember 3 weeks ago

When we thought our coach was going to be someone like Johnny Jones, Tad Boyle, or Blaine Taylor. Hell even Bruce Weber was cool in some of your minds. I'm so glad we got Lon. We won the national coaching search by a mile.

One Piece of news that IS official: Student Section Name Change

Alright board, The new name for the (formerly) Capelables is: The Top Daugs I've really had some good feedback for the new name. It honors the tradition of OU basketball and has nothing to do with the coach's name. Top Daug himself doesn't seem to be coming back any time soon, so we are...

    What Really Sucks

Is that we sit here and watch all these great games all day long, and are nowhere near the action. We don't get to sit there and anxiously await to see what seed we are. It makes me sick. And Jeff, if you are reading this, not being in the tournament should keep you up at night. Signed...

For the Capelables, Hardcores, and any other OU Hoops fan.

Sit down and think of the one goal that we want for our basketball team. It's WINNING GAMES. As i sit here tonight with rumors running wild and jobs and recruits on the line, the only thing I can think about is how this fanbase is thirsting for wins. That's all we want. I admire Jeff Capel...

    Calvin Newell

Needs to be on the court as much as possible. Sure, he turned the ball over a tad last night, but I thought he showed great energy and hustle throughout. I think its time to put him in the starting lineup. His handles are better than Blair and he plays a lot tougher defense than Blair. Agree...

    Completley and Utterly UNCAPELABLE

I take my leadership position with the Capelables very seriously. Our group puts in a lot of hard work. We support the guys, we spread the word around campus, and we show up early and stay late every game. But after not having seen a real OU basketball team take the court since the spring of...
