Go away with all that reasonable talk. What you see in the first week of the season is what you get rest of the way.

The fact he is the 2nd post is a concern. I have no doubt he has the talent but can he rise to the occasion as a freshman? I’m not sure.

I agree. He is going to be a good player, but he looked a bit awkward out there tonight. To be fair, it was a bit of a disservice to have him play his first college game at Gonzaga. It is a long season, and he will get plenty more opportunities.

I think this is the type of team that gets better as the season goes on. Its ceiling is still quite high if you ask me.

How good are the zags this year? I can’t say I am expecting a win this weekend.

It’s definitely a positive to win this scrimmage. The team is going to have a lot of talent. I don’t expect ou to be outmanned too often this season.

He is a pleasure and a breath of fresh air to talk to. I have seen him twice in the cotton bowl and he stopped and talked to me both times. It’s obvious to me why he is a good recruiter.

something that doesn’t get mentioned is what it costs to pay those top 200 teams. Maybe have to do 2 for 1 home- home with them. There are a lot of real life variables that impact the scheduling. I still believe there is room for improvement in noncon scheduling, although the schedule this year...

I was impressed in the game he played against OKC. Gotta remember how young he still is. He is going to have a long and successful career in the nba.

All of that stuff can be true and last year’s defense was still not elite. All Wichita said is that the defense wasn’t elite. I completely agree and I assume Brent Venables would too.

While it is definitely a good look for the program, I have no doubt Moser is there because he wants to support Fears. Moser genuinely cares about his players.
