Yeah, our defense really was GREAT today especially against the run. It's why we'll at least be in any playoff game regardless of opponent. But I agree with Greg McElroy. At some point, the offense has to step up for us to do any damage in the playoffs assuming we beat LSU.

C'mon Coach. This is what fans do. No one is out of line. Up until now, the defense has 10 stops. That's TEN! Can anyone say with a straight face that there is ever an excuse to lose a game when your defense gets 10 stops? Yet here we are in a game not yet decided.

If we win, all will be forgotten...but if the defense falls apart late, we can blame it on Missouri having way too many possessions. That falls on Arbuckle.

I have to agree. Mateer is not remotely accurate on passes traveling more than 10 yards, so why would he even try that on a 3rd and 2!? Terrible play call. And since we can't run the ball, Missouri will get extra possessions. Let's hope the defense can keep playing the way they have most of...

I would definitely agree with that, but it is frustrating for our fans. ORU is the perfect opponent for someone like Rogers to show he can help us this year. I'm at least glad to see Jones can play. We need the depth for sure, especially since Nwankwo is underperforming what we expected.

We haven't won more than 9 conference games since our last Final Four appearance...that's NINE years in a row of 5-9 wins and 8-13 losses. I'm not expecting a miracle this year, but would be disappointed with less than 8-9 conference wins. That should get us in the Dance if we win our toss-up...
