2nd round money

Assume that there are no guaranteed contracts for 2nd rounders.
Do they get any signing money?
If they are signed and go to the D league, do they get paid their NBA salaries?
Would players like TMG(undrafted players) sign free agent contracts similar to NFL free signees?
If a player gets drafted, doesn't make team, goes to Europe, is he a free agent again?

they get a pro-rated amount.
if they are on the 15 man roster and sent down, then they get NBA money. If they are released and sign with a DL team, they get DL money.
if a player gets drafted and gets releseased he is automatically a Free agent. He does not need to go to europe to be a free agent.
