I hope that we can stay fresh for the long run if we are only gonna play seven. Hopefully, Fitz or Big O can work their way into the post rotation to help take the load off of Wright if Tiny gets in foul trouble.

I'm not arguing that not having an 8th guy in the regular rotation will hurt us, but I'll worry about that later. For now, I just want to enjoy this victory. We needed: 1) a road win, and 2) a good old-fashioned gut-check. Mission accomplished!

Depth should not be an issue. Fitzgerald and Allen can both give a couple of minutes if necessary. Ray can give someone a two minute rest. OU can easily compensate for the fact that the team appears to have onlly 7 guys ready to make major contributions.

Capel did a great job of substituting for Blake at the correct times last year. (right before TV timeouts). He can do the same thing this year to help keep people fresh. He will just have to keep his awareness to make sure he always takes advantage of the oppurtunity.
