In every interview, Geno comes across as a major douche. He seems like he's above the interviewer and half the time he seems like he's above the other coach.

He can coach, but he would have worn on the OU fans pretty quickly.

I'm glad to hear this from you...I get so tired of hearing he was offered the job, i would seriously question our leadership if he was...I could def see schools taking a look at him but being offered by a program the caliber of Oklahoma is rediculous IMO...

I almost look at him much like i look at a D2 or Assistant coach, pay your dues at a mid major or something like that before you get a chance to come run a major program like OU...

I know people would say he has at UCONN, but i would disagree...those are high school (if that) equivalent athletes and he gets the best of those every year...gotta see what he can do with talent that doesnt always match up...and recruit of course...

Please show me where Jerry stated that Geno Auriemma was offered the job as head coach of OU men's team.

All he said was "really good coach though." There's no denying that Geno is a great coach.

I always hate these discussions.

Because Joe might have went HARD after a canidate or two, and before an offer could be made, said canidate indicated he wasn't interested. Technically, that canidate wasn't offered, but that certainly doesn't mean an offer wasn't about to be made.
