Baylor v. TTU

Are you saying that top players should be taken out when the score is way out of reach?

If that is the case, then why on earth would Ellenberg and McFarland play 37 minutes in their game against Baylor?

OU was down by 25 points late in the game but Sherri still left Ellenberg and Mcfarland in anyway. Even after the final TV timeout she still sent them back out onto the floor.

So the Baylor rule is that the team that is behind has to throw in the towel first?

And poor True Colors! How many posts we have seen lately where he has to constantly apologize for or otherwise excuse the behavior of his school's coach?

I don't suffer fools (TC) gladly.

Where is the ignore button?

TC obviously has nothing to do today! Perhaps his grade school let out early, or let him out early!

If everyone will ignore him, maybe he will go away and stay away.

Griner was left in the game to sent a message to Kristy and the fowl mouthed fans at United Spirit Arena. After what BG and the entire team went through during last year's game there, the dunk at the end was poetic justice!!

I can see why something like that might be tempting, but when you have to go back to Lubbock every year, it's just asking for trouble and retaliation.

If that's true, it's a pretty pathetic and unsportsmanlike gesture on the part of the Baylor Coach. The Oklahoma Coach found a much better way of handling the TT fans some years ago.

The Candy Man does a good job, too.

Does it surprise3 anyone that Sulkey would handle the situation this way?

That's okay. She won't have Griner and Sims every year.
