was Durrett's game. I think she is the key to our conference success this year. I hope she is in good enough condition go get major effective minutes-always assuming her performance approaches what she did Saturday.

If she and Sharane become consistently good, it will make a huge difference.

Amazing what can happen when a player gets a little playing time.

I really hope Kornet will turn a corner for the better at the start of conference play. We really need her to be able to knock down shots. I remember in early season interviews the other players labeling her a "shooter." We really need that to come to fruition.

Portia's emergence certainly was a big positive, but can she do that on a consistent basis? I hope so. Jo was the biggest positive for me. She is taking her own comments to task. I am hoping she can stay out of foul trouble and give us 30 mins. a game. Her rebounding is becoming huge, and the ability to knock down the outside shot will open the middle up more too. Sharane is slowly getting back to her conference play of last year. That will bode well for the tough road ahead.
