When someone leaves a team with 4 games remaining it's only natural for Sooner fans to speculate/wonder what the heck is going on. This program is in turmoil, is how I read this news. We couldn't even win against Tech at home last night, so we are for sure not going to the NCAAs, and will end up dead last in the conference standings. I don't care how good our conference is, but if someone told me in year 2 of Moser we would end with 3-4 conference wins total, I'd be very upset and concerned about recruiting success and transfers. I don't know what to think about next season at this rate. I know the Groves boys are a step slow, and too unathletic for B12, but unless we land one heck of a productive Big via the portal to replace TGroves, and don't lose a lot of our productive young talent, we may be looking for yet another frustrating season next year. I suppose the most optimistic way of looking at it is with the new teams joining, we may win more conference games. This, added with a less than stellar Football season makes for one sad fan!

Not saying this isn’t true, but that’s such weird timing if that’s the case. He already played with him last season so he should’ve known at that point if he wanted to stay with Moser and he did. Then he plays out this whole season and quits with a couple of games left?

A poster on on another board claimed to know what the situation is with Bijan and said he "hoped the best for the young man." That doesn't preclude what dk said, but it does sound like something more like a family matter or an illness or something along those lines.

He was back in the practice gym today. Obviously team was away.

Maybe moser promised some things for this year and Cortez was willing to see if things happened.
