Blake Griffin played at ALABAMA?

Watching a little hoops on ESPNU, and I about dropped the laptop when I heard a major FUBAR. ESPN's Kara Lawson say that Baylor's Rico Gathers has an outside shot at breaking Blake's conference rebounding record - then she mentioned he had two pretty good years at "Alabama."

Then, she mentioned the toughness of the Big 12 but only mentioned KU, ISU and Baylor. I don't know if she penalized us because we didn't have a great showing other than winning in Sandaggieville, or if she just had a senior moment... :facepalm

Maybe our domination over them in football a couple of years ago has allowed us to claim ownership of them?

To me that shows that in her mind OU and Alabama are two the very best football programs and she simply had a momentary slip where she accidentally said Alabama rather than Oklahoma.
