It would be great if we could have DRob, Courtney, and Stacey on hand when we have a big recruiting weekend.

DRob has been at the last couple of games - and always gets a very loud welcome when introduced.

She was the "Honorary Door Greeter" once last week. That's the person who opens the door to the locker room area and high-fives the players as they head onto the court - all watched on the video board in the arena.

I have seen her around and I instantly thought that's the difference with TT this year. She's making very high level basketball decisions (mixed in with some of the old poor ones), and they seem to becoming from a high level, modern source- DROB. It also helps to have a fresh voice, fresh ideas- new ideas. How many Uconn pros come bk and work with them? Guessing a lot. It's critical I think.

I don't believe either are coaching. If they were to replace her, they would need to be preparing to do that. It also depends on who the AD is. Based on Joe's history, I don't see him hiring anyone from her staff or former player that hadn't proven themselves, as an assistant or head coach. I don't believe he'd hire Colton at all unless he'd gone to another school and was head coach with extremely successful results. As much as Joe likes Sherri, he's going to do what's best for the program and University first.
