Rondo had what was simply an astonishing 2nd half against the despicable Miami Heat ... and it had little to do with stats at all.
He simply came out and hawked the Heat ball handler (usually James) mercilessly.
Sure - it bit the Celts in the wazoo a few times. But overall it was the difference in the game and left the Heat walking away bamboozled. Their entire team was disrupted and frustrated from the intense effort given by one 6'1 guard, and it was usually opposite the 6'8 250 All-World James.
It was a clinic.
