I have to admit, I enjoy it. The only bad thing is KU will win the conference (barring an upset).

So what is it with Barnes? Seems like once his team gets ranked No. 1 they have a complete meltdown. Honestly, I think Barnes is solid coach but not a great coach. His teams lack dsicipline in my opinion.

Funny, but sucks because it means KU is about to win yet another regular season title. Vomit

I know I'm not alone in this, but I don't "hate" UT basketball as much as I hate their football program. For now at least, I like seeing UT ahead of KU. Even though I think Barnes underachieves a bit with the talent he gets, I still respect him a great deal. Seems like a good coach/person.

My wife's taking me to Austin this weekend for a late birthday present. I'd much rather go when they're struggling, even though we won't be attending any sports events.

usually I do...but I kinda liked this years version. they are scrappy and they have some definite holes - but they use smoke and mirrors to get around them.

kinda depressing.

The only confession necessary of a Sooner is who is not enjoying the meltdown. If you are going to call out sins at least get it right.

Meh, regular season titles are a myth anyway.
The team who wins the tournament is the conference champion.

I'd much rather KU win a conference title than Texas. Call me insane, but our much rated rival celebrating a championship seems much worse than KU getting yet another one.

That's just it, I don't consider UT our #1 rival in hoops. That has changed a bit in the last decade, but before that, it was KU/OSU.

To paraphrase Jerry Lee Lewis, "Well, Texas can kiss my a--."
