Taylor Griffin played much better as a SR (heck he got drafted) then he did rest of the year (this time last year people were calling for Ryan Wright/Juan Pattilo to take his spot) so I hope Tony follows in his footsteps.

Tony has been a 3 year starter, I expect him to look good in practice.

Do you think OU would post videos of guys dribbling off their legs in scrimmages?

Tony showed flashes of being a good all-around player his freshman year. But when Blake came in he became almost strictly a stand-around three-point specialist. Now that Blake is gone I would like him to be a bigger, stronger, more mature and complete version of what he started out to be.

Another thing that made Tony's game more impressive to me his freshman year is that we pushed the ball more then. I remember him getting easy fastbreak layups and dunks in the first game of the Capel era when we scored 99 pts. But then we slowed down and started forcing it in to Nate Carter and he started slumping. Hopefully running more and having good guards will help him get some baskets in transition.
