Differences

Notice the differences in Sherri's approach to Lon's.

He has very open practices while no one seems to see the women's practice. In the one practice they usually show on TV the camera is usually on Jessica Coody or Sherri instead of the action.

He embraces the in state coaches while Sherri seems aloof to them. I could be wrong here. Just seems like it to me. I guess I am still disappointed with the cancellation of the summer camps.

You pretty well know who Lon is going to use in his rotations and usually in what order. With Sherri you never know who is coming off the bench. Of course the foul trouble is part of that.

Somehow I don't get a sense that they communicate and share ideas much.

LK has always been secure in his own skin.

The only objection I have to this is I believe Sherri still has a great connections with most of the coaches in OK. HS coaches are not real worried about them not having a team camp. There are still a lot of options out there that are run well and also cheaper.
