We are offering scholarships to eighth graders? I didn’t think that was legal, it isn’t in softball. Hope she fulfills all her potential and becomes a sooner if shes as good as people think.

Perhaps the difference is a verbal offer versus a formal written offer with regard to the timetable restrictions. But I do not know.
