Gottlieb says no truth to the Weber rumors

FYI I have been told there is no truth to the Bruce Webber to OU rumors-somehow Joe C is way underground which creates many fictional names

Could this just have been a rumor gone wrong or is there some definite smoke here? Three newspapers in Oklahoma — The Oklahoman, Tulsa World and Norman Transcript — along with Dean Blevins and two other TV media types reported last night that there was mutual interest between Weber and Oklahoma. Some even went as far as to say a press conference could be coming on Friday.

I guess only time will tell, but for now the circus continues.
