I dont see how he isnt a lottery pick. The only knock on him is that hes 22 not 19. Hes got NBA range, but isnt just a shooter.

There are a some other negatives. He is small for an NBA SG. Not extremely small, but on the small side. While his handles are better than last year, there are still times when you can see that his handles definitely aren't his strength. That MIGHT limit what he can do off the dribble in the NBA.

Buddy needs the right system to succeed in the NBA, and even then, I'm not sure I ever see him starting on a good NBA team. He could be one of those "3 and D" guys off the bench. Instant offense. A shooter. He probably will do better on a team that gets up and down the floor.

I see Buddy getting drafted between 12-17ish. That is probably his range.
