Like many, I received an email from the ticket office Saturday night saying "You will receive 2 tickets for all games played in NRG stadium."

I just received another email saying they have confirmed tickets with all of those who qualified, and the only way to receive them would be to join their "travel package" for Hotel, etc. that is around 2000.00 per person. You hear the same message when calling the ticket office

I would have considered their package, but already booked a non-refundable airfare and very expensive hotel room. I don't think I'm going to like the outcome of this.

:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

I think they sent the second email to everyone regardless of whether they got tickets.

Maybe not hosed after all, they did reply to an email saying that the second mailing was intended for those that did not receive tickets. I guess they just send everything to everyone?

FYI, the email did say OU would be in sections 128-135.

Has anyone received the email regarding will call instructions that was promised to come today?

Got it about an hour and a half ago.

Can pick them up at the Westin Galleria Hotel - 4th floor near Woodway 1- the Woodway Exhibit Office on:

Friday between 1 and 7 pm
Saturday between 9 and 11 am

Or you can pick them up on Saturday beginning at 3 pm at the NRG Center northeast of the stadium.

The email encourages all tickets to be claimed at the Westin Galleria Hotel

argulator -- If you didn't get a will call email from OU, you should call the ticket office, as it might mean that your order was not processed.

Nova still has tickets for sale I think if OU has sold out.

the email i got stated it was 1pm to 7pm Pacific Time on Friday and 9am to 11am Pacific Time on Saturday. Somewhat strange that they put pacific. I wonder if they meant Central.

I saw that, too. I imagine it was the result of someone in the ticket office copying and pasting parts of the same email from last week when the tickets were distributed in Anaheim in Pacific Time.

If you look at the email where it notes the 3pm time for distribution on Saturday at the NRG Center, you'll see that sentence says "Central" time.

I'm sure the 1-7 pm on Friday and the 9-11 am on Saturday are Central time.

I bet they used the same email template from Anaheim and forgot to change the time zone
