I dont' know if our recruiting trips are being treated like vacations or w/e but IMO a refocus is necessary.

I understand where you're coming from, but I really don't think you can exclusively limit yourself to just a limited area of recruiting if you aspire to reach a championship level. I do agree with you that our main emphasis of recruiting should probably lie in that geographic area.
