Info/video on new OU recruit Majok Majok

He's a 6-8, 225 power forward type, who is originally from Sudan, currently playing in Massachusetts. His cousin, Ater Majok, plays for UConn. Virginia Tech, Georgia Tech, Boston College and Alabama are also looking at him.

Scout article says OU was supposed to be there to watch him last night, but didn't make it in. Apparently he also likes Harvard.

A recent update from Northstar blog listed us as one of his favorites.

Favorites: “Harvard and Oklahoma for now.”

Also according to his offer list, OU and Ga Tech as the only major conference schools to offer him.

I thought no Ivy league schools gave scholarships.

They don't. Ivy League schools do not give athletic or academic scholarships. It's all need-based. Anyway, I think Silli was just being... silly.
