Get this girl in a Sooner Uniform ASAP! Forget stats! As talented as she is and as talented as North Carolina was i didn't expect her to just average 20 a game. But, from the games I watched Of UNC on television she was a very key part to their success especially knocking down the 3 point shot and very skilled! OU was her 2nd choice out of high school. It killed me That she didn't choose OU. I hope she doesn't transfer elsewhere honestly.

At crunch time, you want the ball in the hands of a point guard who can't hit sixty percent of her free throws and has more turnovers than assists? Is there a reason that she didn't start a game this year? Shoots less than forty percent from the field and only thirty-five percent from three. We got players who can hit thirty-five percent that hit seventy-five percent of their free throws.

Syb, you have got to get a grip. If they don't play for OU your not a fan of them we get it. Stats only tell so much. How about watching a game more than 1, look at the player not the stat-book. She's not even a point guard she's a SG.

Peyton Little for Example: if we didn't know her from a can of paint, she decided to come to transfer to OU from A&M. Let's look at her stats:

2012-13 - FRESHMAN (Texas A&M): Played in all 35 games ... Averaged 4.5 points, 1.2 rebounds and 15.0 minutes ... Made 53 of 155 field goals (.342) and 25 of 98 3-pointers (.255) ... Totaled 32 assists to 25 turnovers with 15 steals.

Do we pass on her?? All I'm saying is You can't base your opinions off of the stat sheet. You have got to take into consideration The system, The Stars around her, and what her role is on that particular team. Myself thought that OU was a better fit for Washington instead of UNC. Not her style of play. Same with Little coming from A&M. I just hope kids make the right choice in the end. They are still kids making a big decision.

Jessica was really good in high school. I've only seen her play a couple of games at NC but she looked good to me. I think in a different system, different teammates, and under a different coach, she is very capable of playing at a high level.

Thank you!! You summed it up perfect!

Some of you only see the grass as greener everywhere except at OU. If someone shot that free throw percentage at OU, you would be complaining. You want everything we don't have, and every player that we don't get is better than what we got.

Fans?

Yep!

At this point I don't think there's a need for Washington. She hasn't been that awesome at UNC, but I think she could still turn out to be a good player... If she pick a big 12 school I could see her picking OSU, she would be the go to player there and come in right after Martin leaves...

I think she would work good at OU. She would have to sit a year. 2016/2017 and 2017/2018. You could play her and Ortiz for 2 excellent ball handlers.

Guys, really. Liking a player from another team is not being disloyal to OU. And no one replied to the point made about Peyton.

You know someone just sees a player as having potential and likes her so wants her to play for their team, in this case OU.

+1,000,000!!!!! It's a shame some fans can't stand players just because they didn't sign with OU.

Stick it. This is not about hating some other player because she didn't sign with OU. This is about the constant "the grass is greener" attitude. Perhaps, the fertilizer is better.

If an OU guard shot less than sixty percent from the free throw line, many would be complaining that we don't emphasize free throw shooting. If anyone shot less than forty percent from the field, many would be complaining. If a guard has more turnovers than assists, many complain constantly. Yet, a guard that has all of these negatives is supposedly an upgrade over what we have? She has two years left.

Sorry. I think Sherri can recruit a guard that shoots better than sixty percent from the free throw line and forty percent from the floor and can keep from turning it over.
