For those that don't know, he is a 6'2" sg averaging 27 a game for BYU. He shoots over 40% from three and hits over 90% of his free throws. He has put up over 40 three times this season.

I got to see him play in OKC last year before he hit the big time. He had a huge game in a double OT win over Florida. He's really fun to watch. Love those dudes who know how to score.

I wouldn't say Jimmer is unathletic... He might not go up and throw down a huge dunk every time down the court but he is far from an unathletic white guy who just hits threes. He put on a clinic the other night against SDSU on how to score. Got into the lane several times with ease and has impressive ball handling skills. I would put him more in the Steph Curry category rather than Adam Morrison.

He's a thicker Stephen Curry...scary thing is that team almost made it to the Final Four. This BYU squad is much more talented, not saying they'll make it to Houston, but given the right match-ups they are going to be a load in the tournament.

i love watching below the rim guys at the college level light it up from long range and score in a variety of ways like Jimmer. One of my favorite OU players of all time was Brent Price, probably because back when I was balling I played the same way.

Yes, on the internet all white guys tend to be labled unathletic. Kevin Bookout who at one time had the Oklahoma high school home run record, a 90+ mph fastball, was a four year starter on OU's basketball and threw the shot and discuss in college was routinely called unathletic. Honestly, I don't know how you get any more athletic than being a 3 sport star in high school adn two sport star unless you are Dave Logan (for those that don't know, Dave Logan was a star at CU in football, basketball and baseball - he was drafted in all three sports).
