It seems like OU is unbeatable when he has a good game and very average when he does not have a good game.

He missed several wide open shots today. If he hits those, I think OU would have won the game. I am not blaming him for the loss. If I were to blame any one player or thing, I would blame OU's defense. Way too many wide open shots, especially 3 point shots.
If OU wants to have a run in the tournament, they have to play better defense.
PS - I hope OSU wins.
In other Manek news, this was on the front page of Reddit:

Just found out from a family friend that Brady played with a heavy heart today after the passing of his grandmother this morning. My condolences and prayers to him and his family during this time.
I was gone all weekend and just got a chance to watch the game. Sure Manek missed a few, but it was TY's missed shots that were more of the problem. He missed a ton, and some of them were with the lead and were so bad they were like turnovers. It looked more like the OSU game. Trae is amazing and when they fall everyone slobbers in amazement. But man some of those shots were absolutely terrible and ill advised. The thing is he didn't ever need to start the hero stuff. Other guys were scoring and making contributions. His passing game was working. The turnover with around a minute to go was a killer too. But 2-14 from 3 is hard to overcome. Hope he turns that stat around against them at home. That was terrible.
Please please please ESPN keep Jay Bilass away from OU games in the future, please. I am begging.
Yep....I can count at least 3 of Trae's long misses that led directly to long rebounds and transition buckets on the other end in the 2nd half. We weren't even desperate at the time....they were just foolish choices. I've been pretty vocal that I flat out do not like the 25-28 foot 3 pointers. Sure he makes a few, but the risks far outweighs the rewards. And in the case of last night, it shifted momentum when we were controlling the game.
