You would think they would pay attention to the way these players played when they were together. Oh. Well. As I remember, Holmes and Samuelson played terribly against Spain, along with Durr. Cox was brilliant. But, Cox didn't make the all-tournament team while Samuelson and Holmes did. I just thought they were nuts.
