Unfortunately, it's not surprising that the NCAA completely dropped the ball on this.

Which makes it all the more remarkable that the men's and women's practice facilities are identical. I remember reading that Mary Jane Noble insisted on it. She knew that given the opportunity, someone would short-change the women's facility unless she put it in the contract.
