NCAA to investgate Penn State

the NCAA is investigating Penn State. a big question is how did Penn State demonstrate institutional controll. i hope Penn State gets the death penalty. what happened cannot be ignored. The President, Vice president, AD and head coach have all lost their jobs. to me it is clear they lack institutional control.
