Posturing. They are saying the things they need to say to side with their constituents, but nobody on council is willing to actually bring/vote for a motion to repeal what was previously done and risk getting their asses sued off by the developer.

Yeah i dont think ORED has much they can do now. Once the supreme court ruled on the gist language of the previous petition, it was over other than hot air and threats.
