The ORED group is still trying...from today's Norman Transcript
We all had a really fun watch party for the Crown championship game. We invited you, but I know you were in lockdown mode getting ready for your season.Bet some of those people party with some our fans.
Posturing. They are saying the things they need to say to side with their constituents, but nobody on council is willing to actually bring/vote for a motion to repeal what was previously done and risk getting their asses sued off by the developer. The ORED group is still trying...from today's Norman Transcript

Shows your intelligence to question the loyalty of a fan from out of state who has put thousands of miles on his car going to games all over the country. We all know you aren’t going to any games!
If you’re talking about ORED, there’s nothing they can do besides hound city council and try to get them to act. They’ve exhausted their legal options. And nobody on council has been willing to put themselves at risk of a lawsuit.Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups. I hope they don't posture their way into a way to stopping this. It seems even litigation hasn't fully scared them off, even personal liability.

Yeah i dont think ORED has much they can do now. Once the supreme court ruled on the gist language of the previous petition, it was over other than hot air and threats. If you’re talking about ORED, there’s nothing they can do besides hound city council and try to get them to act.
