He is obviously able to channel his emotion the correct way. Guys that have that "I'm gonna get to the rim no matter what" or "you aren't going to get by me" attitude help teams a lot.

I think Rashard Odomes is the sleeper of the Sooner class. Everybody knows about Akolda Manyang as the top juco player and being a 7 footer. Christian James played in Houston and was touted as the top shooting junior guard in Texas before his injury. Odomes played at Copperas Cove which isn't close to any big city even though its a 6A school ..... close to Fort Hood and the area where TaShawn Thomas is from. Not that many scouts have seen him play.

He's a little smaller than Dante Buford, but is probably more used to playing on the perimeter. I think those two will compete for minutes as a backup wing next season although Buford will get some post minutes, too. It should be a good battle. JMHO.

I agree with you, but ESPN listed him in the top 100, so I think he is getting recognition now nationally.
