When you consider that in the last two games the Horned Frogs have beaten ISU and OSU in Ft. Worth and KU on the road, you know they are playing well right now. They have a couple of girls who can shoot the 3 and their starters have good field goal percentages. They are a deadly free throw shooting team. One weakness is rebounding. Their top scorer is Medley, a 5'6" guard who is averaging 17 PPG. Prince is a 5'11" F who can score as well. Breaux is a transfer from KU and she can play as well.

We will have to maximize our rebounding advantage, limit out fouls, and get after them on defense and we should win this game.

Sooners by 6.

I have watched TCU play a little and Medlay scares me. Reminds me a bit of the Plum girl from Washington.

I just watched the TCU/OSU game that I had taped....TCU is good and they love the full court press....Good group of girls and they are tough....This won't be a picnic!!! Let's just say they have "interesting" fans......You can watch the game on Saturday and see for yourself....LOL

With our depth I would like to see us press and trap fullcourt for 2 or 3 games to see how we do. I think we could at least rattle their cage.

I was at the Tech@TCU game last year. Never figured out why they had a stuffed deer in the band section, other than wave it at the opposing team's free throw shooters.

Here's to hoping we see Sharane add 20 points to her rebounding and defensive effort.

I am apprehensive about this game. But, I guess that I have been apprehensive about each of the conference games thus far. They just keep impressing me with how far they have come since Arkansas. Did Kaylon's benching somehow lead to all of this?

I should have more confidence by now. But, we have struggled a bit against the press and against good guards like Plum, Battle, and Holmes. We have been fortunate in that it has usually been only one guard. But, we seem to be defending much, much better than we were earlier in the season. I will feel pretty good about this team's development if we handle TCU, and I had thought they would be easy.

Four minutes into a frenetically paced game, OU leads 12-7.

Time out at 14:45, OU leads 16-7 and has hit almost every one of their shots.

My broadcast was a couple of minutes behind, but it's 20-16 OU now. Who can continue at this pace, though?

22-22 at 9:49 first half, then at aout 9:30 Gioya hit a three.
Now KK hits underneath, 27-22, now 27-24. Can't keep up with the pace of this game!

29-26 at 7:57. Both teams are hot, and the pace is downright scary. OU only has 4 fouls, however.
