We always overhelp. I'd like to make those guards hit those hard shots and quit helping off ball side players

I've heard something about he has better work ethic in practice...I can see that I just wish we wouldn't do it at the expense of our team...let him play he doesn't have to start but he needs to be in there when lattins not.
