I may be wrong but it seems that in recent history our top recruiting classes have been Bookout's, Lavendar's, Crocker's, and this one.

Bookout played injured, DLo left. Carruth???

Lavendar ... well everyone left except JW

Crocker ... was the only one who stayed

This one ... we don't know yet do we?

If you were to grade each class based on expectations, they would all be graded quite low. Possibly below "C."

Probably the Taj class would grade out the best though (I probably should have included them in the original list of top classes.) Blake wasn't a class so I don't include him.

What that tells me is that expectations aren't worth a warm bucket of spit. Fortunately this years class is just getting started so there is time to fix that (over the next four years, even if some leave early.)

So look around for where you would store your bucket of spit and then don't trade these guys yet.

The Taj Gray, David Godbold, Terrell Everett, and Longar Longar class in 2005 was a terrific one.. Every player in that class turned out well.

I think the Ere and Ace class may have been the best.

I also think our current freshman class will be the best.

If we had kept the Crocker class we would be in clover now.
