Turnovers will happen in this system...but we can be better then where we are at now. The goal is to teach the women to run the offense based on their own reads while playing. Its the difficult part of the offense, but once its learned it is very, very difficult to scout and stop.
The people that want to look at just turnovers and ignore scoring, assists, & winning need to follow another team. Sets every possession and slow pace will never be a part of Jennie's offense. Slowing down and running constant sets would certainly reduce turnovers. It makes it tough to come from behind when you are down and doesn't prepare players for the WNBA. Most players love faster pace and old school coaches prefer to control the game versus allowing the players too.
