Great to see. Sad to see how many kids are in the upper section while so many seats were left vacant most of the game.

I guess they let fans move down lower but not students? I think by halftime kids should be able to sit anywhere. 2nd half we would have students mixed in the crowd and it would seem much louder to our opponents.

BTW know he's a little closer to the camera and such, but Hield looks really big in that pic. Is he taller in person than he's been listed? I ask because he rebounds really well for a player only 6'3.

That is wonderful to see. i couldnt make the game. There should never be students having to sit in the upper section. Our student section should wrap around that closed end from behind the opposing team's bench to the oppositite side.

LOL... As soon as there is a day when the students start caring enough that we don't have to thank them for their one or two games a year they actually USE almost all of their sections... then maybe the athletic department could CONSIDER a move like that...

Until then, the students don't really have much to complain about.

I guess that is more of a wish than a demand. I agree with you. They need to be much more consistent. They are what makes a great home atmosphere.

I agree that the students need to earn their prime section back. When the athletic department gave them front and center areas on both sides, they were mostly empty for most games.

We certainly showed up. Sad to see so many empty seats elsewhere in the LNC, especially a lot of prime time seats. Not sure where those people were or what their excuse was.

Also, what was with tons of folks leaving when we were up by 10 with around 2-3 minutes left??? :facepalm Game was far from over, as evidenced by the whorns cutting it down to 4 with like a minute left. Seriously, the traffic isn't that bad. Old people...

On a positive note, I can't tell you how many students I know who talk so gushingly about Kruger. It's amazing the impact and impression he's made on the students. He's doing such a good job. I want him to stay here forever haha.

God Bless the students. It was great to see them at the game. They bring the extra excitement and energy that makes the games much more fun to watch.

I've given the students a hard time on here in the past few years so I'll give it up to them for the game against Texas. That's the most students I've seen at a OU game in a long time. Harrassing Felix. Awesome. That's how a student section is supposed be. Loud, chanting, keeping the old folks into the game and bringing energy to the LNC. Great job students. Let's see if you can start a streak.

If you pay attention you will see people leave early when the game is even closer than 10 points. I don't get it. If you can't deal with the traffic back into your spot in the back of the parking lot. You will be out in 5 minutes. If you are severely challenged with driving in traffic, get someone to stand in front of a car so you can pull into the line. It isn't rocket science.
