Who cares what his dream job is...everyone of those mentioned is occupied. Anytime you hire a coach that didn't play for your school or isn't from your state, theres always going to be a dream job out there for him.

If you want to hire a coach who's dream job is OU than hire Evans; If not then hire someone who's dream job is not OU.
