If the Cats had gotten hit during the Loot Olson (yes, I know how he really spelled it), I would have really enjoyed their downfall. But I'll enjoy it if they get clobbered anyway by the NCAA.

Then again, the NCAA has always played favorites, so they might still think of the UofA as one of the goody-two-shoes schools they won't sanction.

Of course they want to self impose this season. That is much less penal than next season, fewer transfers, no effect on next seasons freshmen. Even for a 2 season post season ban, taking the 1st now strongly lessens the pain.

I thought the FBI probe had Miller on wire tap offering 100 grand to the center from the Bahamas a couple of years ago?

If that was true, I can't imagine he would be coaching right now.

My favorite Sean Miller game when he played was as a Pitt freshman on their '87-'88 team. They were a really good team, and came to Norman to play our Sooners. OU won a really close game, but it was our fans who won the game for us. Miller threw up an air ball early in the game, and the fans got in his head after that with their relentless "air ball" chants. He was a good player and starter as a frosh, but props to our fans on that day.

Whatever Arizona gets, I hope ku gets 1000x worse. Death penalty is the only fair punishment for ku.

nice one. :ez-laugh:

sean miller is one of those coaches, like will wade at LSU (i liked the way his VCU team Buddy's Sooners beat in the tournament played), that i thought was pretty good coach based on results....but might just now be a cheater. they could still be really good basketball coaches and we've had our own problems with the NCAA Kelvin and Capel but.....so no glass houses here....but, i see them in a diff light these days.
