Just got this from the Sooner Club. Tickets on sale at 5 today, while supplies last. Glad to see they're doing this, before KU fans can purchase.

The rematch of the instant classic between the Sooners and the Jayhawks will take place in the Lloyd Noble Center on Saturday, February 13th at 1:00 PM.

I was able to get a pair in LW1. Not sure how many were available in this promotion, or what they will put on sale on the 14th. I hope everything sells out the rest of the season.

Is that a relatively recent problem? I've been going to games since the early 90s and I honestly don't remember noticing that many KU fans until the last five years or so (since the Capel era went south).

Dang!!! We usually have a family reunion at this game every year...at least when it is on a Saturday. I did talk to a buddy of mine and people on his message board (KU board) were buying up tickets like crazy on StubHub Monday night. I don't think there will be as many, but they will still be there. Prices on StubHub are about what they pay for games in Lawrence, so they will dish out the money. For me, I would need at a minimum 20 tickets for my OU family, so we've been outpriced looking at StubHub this morning. At least I guess I got to see the game in Lawrence, but was really looking forward to see OU win in Norman for the third time in 4 years.

We would just pick another Saturday home game to go to, but it is quite strange....there are only a few home games on Saturdays. That doesn't seem to be the norm in years past.
