I think going to FGCU is a bad decision for everyone on that list other than the current assistant coach. It is not a mid-major simply because it had a miracle season. The odds of sustaining any serious long term success at that program are very low in my opinion. I also suspect all three assistant coaches make more money in their current positions than FGCU pays.
