Thoughts on the rest of the year?

I really want to see our point guard continue to grow and see Cade Davis keep getting better. There seems to be a good chemistry when these two young men take leadership of the team. I really think that Fitz has began to find himself. I really do think Tiny has a big heart and wants to win. He definetly needs to stay in college and forget about the NBA. At times you can really see the passion in his eyes during some of these losses. I would love to see Aziz commit to OU. I really think that might help Tiny in the development of his game. The rest of the year is simply just getting this team to finish strong. Let's go spoil some other teams parties. It would be awesome for this team to win a couple of the next remaining games and then get a couple in the tourney. I would be very satisfied with that. What do you guys think? I agree. The only good we can take from the rest of the season is letting our froshes work through some more growing pains.

I guess what i want to see are the things we fans have no access too after the season. I want to see this team check some of the egos at the door and develope a team work ethic and a have 2 players become vocal/emotional leaders.

And please run a little offense for Pledger inside the 3 point line a few times a game. He would probably hit more 3's if he knocked down a few jumpers off of screens around the foul line. Same thing goes for Cade Davis as well. Its much easier to get hot shooting a few feet inside the line and then back up and keep it going. Still, I never complain about it on the occasions that these guys get hot and drain 3's. And maybe throw an outside shot or two Tiny's way a few times so he gets it out of his system...or maybe he gets hot and hits a few himself.

Aside from all that the only thing that I really want is for the entire team to play defense at the same time. Our defense has looked like 5 guys trying to draw a charging call all on the same player. He just goes around everyone and jumps up for an uncontested slam. If you can run dribbling and passing drills, then you can probably score on OU right now.
