Loved it. He's going to bring an attitude, a swagger, that this year's team needed.

I hesitate to say that because some will misinterpret it but this year's team often seemed to hope it would be able to close out games. They often seemed to be waiting for something good to happen. I think next year this attitude will help us close out some of those games we were so close to winning this year.

He's spot on. IMO it was a tragic year in the way it played out w/Woodard and guys like Lattin and James seemingly struggling. Those two in particular can and have played better so if they can return to form this alone will make a big difference. We also saw McGusty gain supreme confidence and witnessed what Doolittle can do when he goes off. Guys like Odomes, McNeace, and Shepherd have proven to be pretty good as well. I think losing Woodard was like losing your Queen in a game a chess and the strange thing was he had played unusually careless at times even before he was injured but still we were in a lot of games despite the final W/L record. Sprinkling Trae in with this team is going to be a stout concoction and I think Trae Young knows it. He certainly knows what he's talking about considering he's been around the BB program for a few years now and understands/recognizes talent. He knows how good OU is going to be with all of them together. Big things are about to happen I feel. :OUbball-logo:
