Assuming a schollie opens up in 2017, would OU have interest in a big man who has to sit out a year, or do they have to fill an immediate need? The answer is probably "it depends".
I see where Duke center Chase Jeter (6'10", 230) is transferring to get more playing time closer to his home in Vegas. His father played for Tark at UNLV and is still a policeman there. He listed possible schools as Arizona, ASU, UCLA, USC, San Diego State, and UNLV. You know they're aware of Kruger and his success locally. The kid averaged almost 8 minutes a game as a true freshman at Duke and was playing double those minutes before a herniated disc caused a surgical procedure to end this season, but he's fully recovered.
