Number one: Any chance we get a T.V. guy? I.e. a Steve Lavin type guy who's working for ESPN or a similar network?

Number two: What does this mean for next season? I'm assuming the roster will look very similar to as it does now unless the new coach surprises and brings in some impact guys.

Realistically, it looks like another long year coming up. But I think Joe will get a good guy and the future will be bright.
