U19 and USA trials

It is interesting that so many Baylor players were selected for the team, with so few Texas team members. I think Ashton is one of the coaches. Iowa State and OU have one each: Taylor Robertson for OU.


It may be the same thing as they did with Aaryn. She became the outside gunner for a team that only needed one gunner. Had a lot of inside talent. Robertson is a better gunner than Aaryn.


Might notice that Courtney is on the USA senior team.

All have a great chance of making the team, the players listed have either been named to a team before, or had impact freshmen seasons in college...
only Clark could prove to be as good for a shooter as Taylor, so that’s one thing she has on her side... it will be interesting to see if she has a chance and will make it over players like Blackwell or Brink.

I think they knew why they invited her since she isn't the type of guard that the others are. I think they were looking for a gunner specialist. If she makes the team, I think it will be on those terms.

Taylor Robertson did not make the team. Two Baylor players, NaLyssa Smith and Queen Egbo did make the 12 player USA U19 3X3 National Team. Also making the team was Hailey Von Lith, there are more reports indicating she may go to Baylor.

Belibi is headed to Stanford, I’m surprised Jones didn’t make the team. Robertson stood next to Clark during a team photo, maybe they built a friendship and she can recruit Clark to Ou... Oklahoma is a bible state, Clark is a Catholic tho I believe and will probably end up at Notre Dame because of that...
