It was pretty close the whole way but the Vols led pretty much the whole game. Horns shot terrible especially behind the arc.

Difficult to win in Knoxville. McCarty had a real off-day, 2 for 15 from the field, zero from six from three. Any help might have won the game. Without Holmes, Tennessee won the boards. It's good to see Texas go on the road in non-conference and play a tough team. Building a program that has never really recovered from the loss of Conradt.

Texas was petty sloppy with the ball, doesn’t look unbeatable, the big 12 could be a toss up this year, I’m picking WVA to win the regular season.

I don't think much is clear. I would lean to Baylor or Texas, depending on whether Holmes is back. Oklahoma State may be a threat. West Virginia has played such a soft schedule that I don't know what they have yet. They do have the best player.

Texas has a good win vs LSU, but not much else... I think Muldrow is playing at a pretty high level right now and is possibly a match up problem for a player like Cox or Caron-Goudreau fits trying to guard her...

also I was going back and forth between NFL and the UT vs UT game, any reason givin why Boothe, Patterson, or Littleton didn't see any minutes? with 2 more post players coming in next year, thinks can't be looking to good for Rellah getting time in the future...

Thus far, they are 6 of 33 from three between them. None of them played against Tennessee,, barely against Georgia. If you take away the UTSA game, it removes half of their combined points, approximately. I didn't know much about Booth or Littleton. But, this is kind of what I thought they might get out of Patterson. I do not think she is a McCarty.

Patterson could be a star, but she needs minutes, I’m not in total shock that she’s not starting, but I did expect to see her get more minutes... so far Sutton is the better player, and that’s who Aston is giving most of Back up point guard minute.
